Eventually with hard work and patience, your customer base will develop into a thriving business. If your business does not grow, it is time to re-examine your strategy and methods. Are your customers always happy with their purchase? Did you always deliver what was promised even if a financial loss was necessary? Have you always been 100% honest with your customers? Do they seem to enjoy your presentations and ask a lot of questions? Are you listening carefully to their specific diamond needs? Are your prices competitive? Are your supplier resources abundant?
