If you really want to explore and learn the pricing of fancy colors, talk to specialists who buy and sell them on a regular basis. Unlike mainstream diamonds (colorless to near colorless and eye-clean clarities), they are much more difficult to pin a price tag on. Prices can vary dramatically from one dealer to the next for very similar stones. Two similar lab reports may manifest what seem to be identical stones, but when the items are compared side by side, obvious differences may be apparent. Fancy colors, like colored gemstones, are very difficult to describe orally or in a report.
