Types Of Diamond Lab Reports

The GIA Diamond Report: GIA (Gemological Institute of America) established in 1931 is a non-profit organization and is likely the most recognized and respected of all the labs worldwide. They have an excellent reputation for accuracy and consistency that we can generally make sight-unseen offers based on a faxed or scanned copy of the original. We highly recommend this report for future purchases or to find out what your diamond really is. If you do plan on sending your diamond to GIA follow these necessary steps first. If you choose to do your own GIA report we recommend following our instructions on submitting your diamond to GIA.

The AGS Diamond Report: AGS (American Gem Society) established in 1934 is a non-profit organization in which most diamond experts have high regard for their accuracy and consistency. We can generally make sight unseen offer based on a fax or scanned copy of the original. We highly recommend this report for future purchases or to find out what your diamond really is. If you choose to do your own AGS report we recommend following our instructions on submitting your diamond to AGS.
